These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of onlinepeptidemarket.com (the “Site”) and every purchase made on it. The Site is operated by SL Creations LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Online Peptide Market”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Research Use Only Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site you confirm that you are 21 or older, that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution or business engaged in lawful research, and that you have the training to handle research chemicals safely. We may ask for proof of age or research affiliation at any time and may refuse or cancel any order if it is not provided.

2. Research use only

Every product listed on the Site is sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

You agree that you will not use, or allow anyone else to use, any product:

• for human or veterinary consumption, injection, inhalation or application of any kind
• in clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic settings, or in compounding of any kind
• for athletic, cosmetic, weight management or other personal purposes
• as a food additive, household product or for any purpose other than lawful laboratory research

We do not provide dosing, preparation or usage advice for people or animals, and nothing on the Site should be read as such advice. Any order, message or account activity that suggests personal or non research use may be refused or cancelled and the account closed, without a refund of any amount already shipped.

3. How the marketplace works

Online Peptide Market is a marketplace. Products are supplied by independent partner brands, which manufacture or source them, publish their lab reports and ship their own orders from their own facilities. Product listings, specifications, lab reports, images and shipping terms are provided by each brand. We present that information so researchers can compare brands, but we do not manufacture any product and we do not guarantee the accuracy of information a brand provides.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, bundle discounts, availability and product details can change at any time without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is accepted only when it ships. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including after payment, for example where a product is unavailable, a price or listing was wrong, payment could not be verified, or the order appears to breach these Terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.

You agree to give accurate billing and shipping details and to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the order is placed. Orders may be screened for fraud and for compliance with these Terms.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Because each brand ships its own products, an order with items from more than one brand arrives in separate shipments, each with its own tracking number. Shipping costs, dispatch times and carriers are set by each brand and shown at checkout and in Shipping and Returns. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package. You are responsible for entering a correct address; we are not responsible for packages delivered to an address you provided.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and order cancellations are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the terms of the brand that shipped the item. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos so we can resolve it with the brand.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If there is a problem with an order, please contact us first at [email protected]. Most issues are resolved quickly with a replacement or refund. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us gives us no chance to help. We will respond to every dispute with the order records, delivery confirmation and your acceptance of these Terms at checkout, and we may suspend the account and refuse future orders from anyone who files a dispute for an order that was delivered as described.

8. Lab reports and product information

Lab reports, certificates of analysis and purity results are issued by third party laboratories for specific lots and are published by each brand. They describe the lot tested and are shown for research comparison only. Lot numbers, results and images may differ between batches. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your research.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any product will produce a particular research result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our owners, employees and partner brands are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or research results, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SL Creations LLC, its owners, employees and partner brands from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use, handling, storage or misuse of any product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

12. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close any account, and refuse service, at our discretion, including where we believe these Terms have been breached.

13. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, comparisons, compilations and our logo belong to SL Creations LLC or its licensors. Brand names, logos, product images and lab reports belong to their owners and are shown with permission. You may view and print pages for your own research but may not copy, scrape, resell or republish Site content without written permission.

14. Email and text messages

If you opt in to email or text messages, you agree to receive marketing messages about restocks, new lab reports and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or by video conference. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of any class or representative action. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Other terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
