What is FOXO4?

FOXO4-DRI is a D-retro-inverso peptide designed to disrupt the interaction between the FOXO4 and p53 proteins inside senescent cells. In published research it has been used as a senolytic tool compound, to selectively remove senescent cells in laboratory models.
